Automatic nesting machines
Two types of automatic nesting machines are available: Low-vibration balancer type and swing quick motion type.
- The low-vibration balancer type eliminates uneven shifting of parts and aligns them in a short time.
- The swing quick motion type adds a circulating motion to vibration for efficient nesting. It is best suited to round parts with directions.
Speedy processing is realized by the LCD touch panel type control box.
- Different data items of up to 100 parts can be registered.
- Swing angle, time and nesting frequency can be set for each swing count.
- Part items can be selected by a single touch.
- Real-time data changes are available.

Automatic part transfer machine

High productivity of 60 seconds per one cycle
Needs only 60 seconds from start of automatic nesting machine to alignment on customer's tray. (Our actual experience: 8,000 pieces/60 sec.)
Commonly usable for various parts
You can use the machine in common for various parts through exchange of pallets with a single touch.
Alignment of various parts
Several kinds of parts are aligned on one pallet by configuring an online system containing this machine.
The machine and equipment are made to order. The outer appearance of machine and the production capacity depend on the shapes of parts and customer's pallets (trays).
Labor-saving/automatic machines
Using turn tables and conveyors, we design labor-saving/automatic machines that meet customers' needs.
Example 1 Part supply/discharging machine
The part supply/discharging machine supplies parts to a blasting machine, automatic assembling machine, etc., then receives and stores the finished parts. It greatly helps reduce the number of workers.
Example 2 Automatic part aligner
Prior to baking, the automatic part aligner automatically aligns the parts, making them upright.
We had many cracked or damaged parts before baking, so we manually prepared the parts. After introduction of this machine, four workers are reduced and still the efficiency increases.
In the conventional operation, it took five minutes to prepare one tray. This machine can reduce it to 20 seconds.
Example 3 Cleaning machine
The cleaning machine removes fine dust and dirt from the products and eliminates static electricity at the final stage prior to packing.
